I made 2 soccer ball cakes. I made them by using a steamed pudding tin. You can make whatever kind of cake you want. I used a chocolate for one and a vanilla for another.
I iced them with a butter icing and did the detail with a queen’s writing icing but would not use it again. It was too hard to get out of the tip. Don’t do this if in a rush as it takes a lot of time and patience. In the second one I used a different effect, same detail but used liquorice.
