Coolest Sonic the Hedgehog Birthday Cake

This was my grandson’s dream cake. A 4′ tall Sonic the Hedgehog birthday cake.

I built the frame out of PVC pipe to hold the weight. The hair is made of Rice Krispie Treats. I made the original recipe leaving out the butter. This helped make them stiffer but not changing the taste. The head and stomach is made of 3 layers each and covered in butter cream.

I am “self taught” so learn a few lessons on this one… Hope you enjoy!
