This is my son’s 8th birthday. He was really into Sonic the Hedgehog. So of course I had to brighten his day by making him a Sonic the Hedgehog cake. White cake is his all time favorite. So I made a white cake with blue and green frosting, and I had to get the characters. I couldn’t find all of them, but I did find most of them. All of my cakes are very easy to make, the hard part is all the time it takes to design and figure out what kind of cake I’m going to make. He was very pleased with his Sonic cake, yum, yum
