I bake a different cake each year for my grown up nephews- they are always a surprise and they look forward to them!! This Spaghetti and Meatball Cake is a tribute to our Italian heritage!! It was very simple but took a long time to decorate! He loved it and it was delicious as well!
Any flavor cake would do as it is totally covered by the decorations and icing. The meatballs are Ferrer Rocher candies and the sauce is slightly diluted strawberry jam!
