The icing is the Marshmallow Fondant and it is very easy to work with. The figures are made out of the fondant also. Just use an icing tip to cut out the Lego knobs then add to cake. If there is an easier way please let me know!! But, it looks really cool and works very well. If I were to make this Star Wars Lego Birthday Cake again I would do a base cake and then put a smaller speeder on the top.
R2D2 is a marshmallow with icing color and water to paint on details like legs and buttons, then a fondant top and small marshmallow cut out for the Lego knob on top. Don’t forget to leave room for candles and name if you want them on the top, I like them in the sand and on the front.
