This Stroller Cake is made with a Wilton’s stroller pan, chocolate cake with peanut butter cream center. I decided to cut the cake in half since stacking them looked ridiculous and the wheels refused to line up! Frosted with butter cream in the #16 tip light blue.
The brown is the rest of the peanut butter cream that I had put in the center. I kind of threw it all together so I have no specific recipe of that, it was peanut butter, confection sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk. I used a #5 tip to place the accents of brown on and smoothed everything together with piping gel on my finger. The wheels were jazzed up with silver droses.
