This Homemade Sunset Cake is a key lime cake with lime buttercream. I made this for a friend and she loved it. It’s nice to have a couple of tubes of the Wilton black decorator’s icing on hand for the black accents or writing (I would never want to attempt to make black icing). The other colors I mixed myself.
