To make this cake first bake a 10 in square and a 6 in chocolate cake ball, frost them with butter cream, cover in homemade fondant, and then I added the fondant shapes and the superheroes figures.
I’m not very talented drawing or sculpting cakes, so I always try to get as much help as I possibly can from decorative toys or in this case I even used a printed map to transfer the continents shapes to the fondant… These two simple tricks made possible for me to accomplish my homemade Superheros ‘protecting earth’ cake dream come true.
If I could make this cake, I know anyone can do it… just remember to keep it simple…
This cake is so pretty, i love it
i’m gonna make this for my son’s 3rd. birthday next month. i love this! the only question i have is how did you bake the round ball?
I love this cake but how did you place the earth on top of the square cake?
I want to bake this cake for my son’s 5th birthday this month. It looks easy but I’m hesitating because I’m not sure how to place the earth sturdy enough on the square cake. Please help!
Thank you!
