The whole cake was iced in blue fist, then iced in red free handed over the blue. The Icing was lightlly heated to then cooled again. The yellow icing was most difficult as the blue icing underneath kept coming thru as you can see in the bottom part of the cake where the yellow meets the red. Then around the outside edges where the blue meets the red.
This cake was done a few years back for a Bell Canada pot luck where I was dared to create this cake. This was my 1st attempt to impress my peers at work.
