Coolest Thomas Cupcake Cake

I made this Thomas Cupcake Cake for my grandson’s pre-K class and it was a real hit. Not only was it easy to serve,just pull apart, but the kids loved the Thomas theme and could all identify with it.

I made confetti cupcakes and iced them with green tinted buttercream grass. I piped a track around the cake with chocolate train tracks (I try to avoid black when it comes to small children).

It was a real hit and super easy!
