This homemade Thomas the Tank cake was made for a friends son’s birthday, he is mad on Thomas the tank engine! I used a train cake tin, but still had to adjust the cuts to make it look more like Thomas. This was then covered in fondant icing and piped with gel icing. The pebbles are made out of rolled up fondant icing and glued with edible glue.
