I got the idea for this Tinkerbell Birthday Cake from the 2009 Wilton cake book. I would make sure to try the trunk fondant at least 30 hrs prior and put a support under the icing so they do not slip into the cake.
I made the leaves and flowers two days before.

What a beautiful cake. Did you use the three tier cake stand for this? It looks amazing.
