I made this Tinkerbell Cake Design for a friend. I used a dome shaped cake pan for the body of the doll and also made a larger round cake for the bottom of the doll. I took the clothes off of Tinkerbell and drew a dress on her with butter cream icing that I colored green! I placed the wings on the back that came with the doll.
