This little 4 year-old boy loves Mickey Mouse’s tool box, “Toodles”. That’s what he wanted on his birthday cake. So, using a large sheet cake, I traced around a dinner plate for the head, and around a water glass for the ears. I made 4 squares in the center of the head & frosted them in yellow, pale green, red and light blue.
Using a star tip, the background is done with dark blue, and circled with yellow and red. The ears are done in red and yellow. In the squares I placed little buttons, a little wrench, flashlight & question mark. All the little pre-schoolers at the party loved the Toodles Birthday Cake Idea!
Joan made this cake for my son and I even took a picture of the boys around the cake and used it as a thank you card. Everyone who saw the picture kept asking me who did the cake and how much does she charge?! Thank you so much, Joan for making Aiden’s birthday a big hit!
