I made this Toopie and Beeno birthday cake by using 2 cake mixes and a 9×13 pan. I got the picture off a site and printed it off. I covered the picture with parchment paper, outlined it in black icing then put it in the freezer while I was icing the cake. I then transferred the outline to the cake and filled it in using #16 tip. I trimmed it using #2 tip.
I think it turned out quite nice.
