I have been cake decorating for exactly 1 year :-). This Toy Story birthday cake all started when I decided to make my little guy’s 1st birthday cake last year. I fell in love with cake decorating!
I finally attempted ganache, and got my super sharp edges that I had been working so hard for! All of the figures are hand made of fondant. They took an entire week. Buzz was the most difficult, faces are very hard! But my little guy knew he was and that’s all that mattered! :-)
