I made this cake using an 11×20 base rectangle.
The cat was made using the Wilton character cake pan. I just had to carve the ears a bit.
The paws were made using 2 cupcakes.

I absolutely love this cake. My 10 year old is having a birthday party Saturday and I think I have found the cake I am going to make. My children are HUGE Webkinz fans and this one will work out perfectly. I am not a fan of character pans, so I will be using the rectangle for the base and a large round pan that I use for wedding cakes and I will have to design the face by hand. I can’t wait to get started. Thanks for sharing this! I had no clue of what kind of cake I was going to make. My children always say “surprise me”. Oh, what a surprise this will be!
This cake is fantastical!
I cant help but feel that Ive made my choice to made this cake for my kids.
Maybe I will,maybe I wont,but even if I dont I will sure try.
