This Wine Bottle Cake was a little bit of a challenge. It is 6-2″x6″ layers on a dowel screwed to a 12 inch board. They were put on 2 layers at a time with a cardboard circle in between each set.
The top and cheese were rice krispy treats and the grapes were made from fondant. The label was made of pink and brown marbled fondant but the bottle was covered in black butter cream. The board was covered in brown marbled with yellow fondant. The cork in brown fondant. The label was her personal information.
