My daughter decided to have her son’s birthday at the zoo so naturally I said yes when she asked me to make his cake! I so loved making this animals birthday cake for my grandson’s 4th birthday. Right away I went looking for the right kind of animals, had to buy two different kits at Hobby Lobby. As you can see the cake kind of has this hangover problem? I had trouble with momma monkey so I used pretzels for her to sit on, and they are used as tree trunks.
I had to take the animals off to transport the cake to the zoo, I forgot where they went so I let my grand baby help put them back on. Everyone loved it!
This year I get to make a swimming pool!!!!
