I made this cake for a bridal shower.Her wedding colors were pink and white.3 tiered,10′,8′,6′.The cake is homemade chocolate with peanut butter cream cheese filling.And the icing is a recipe I found online called “crusting cream cheese icing”.I find that dipping your spatula in very hot water and wiping it off gets a very smooth finish.Then I let it crust in the fridge for 15 minutes and smooth with a viva paper towel.I used impression mats for the design and piped icing on to the impression.It was fun but the best part was over hearing people ask her where she bought the cake and that it tasted so good!
