This is a two tier dinosaur cake. This is the very first fondant cake i have ever made!!! I am happy with the results!!! I started with two different sized round pans. Baked and Iced with buttercream icing. I then made my marshmallow fondant. Tinted the fondant green, brown and a few other small batches of colors. No one warned me how much kneading was going to be involved to get the tint just right!!! Cut out the letters free hand and attached them with just a dab of water. The dino figures were found at walmart in the toy section.
