This easy Minnie Mouse birthday cake was made for a 3 year old who loves Minnie Mouse. This was the first time I baked this one and I was so nervous it would turn out looking bad, but I was wrong.
My BFF needed a cake that would be the talk of the party, so knowing I have 327 Wilton shaped pans, she called me. I followed the the instructions on the insert that comes with pan. I do know how to make cake, but this was a special cake.
It turned out to be EASIER than I thought, especially for it being the first time making this cake.
- I used store cake mix and my homemade BC frosting.
- I colored all my icing portions to the colors I needed and ALWAYS outlined first.
I was proud about how the cake turned out and it was the talk of the party.
