For my daughters first birthday I decided to make her a Giant Princess Minnie Mouse Cupcake and regular Minnie mouse cupcakes.
1.)I used for the giant cupcake the Martha Stewart Red velvet recipe. The Frosting spray in the can that I used was Cream Cheese frosting from Safeway and for the color I used the cake coloring spray-paint of pink and purple I found at Michael’s. For the ears I used Large Chocolate Chocolate chip cookies.
2.)For the regular Minnie Mouse Cupcakes I use Martha Stewart Devils Chocolate Recipe. I ordered Polka Dot Cupcake liners Online. I used Girl Scout Mint Chocolate Cookies as the ears and for the frosting I used Chocolate frosting spray in the can from Safeway.
