My husband and I were married on October 13th in Vegas by Count Dracula in a Halloween wedding ceremony. For our 5th wedding anniversary we threw a Halloween Anniversary party. I decided I would make a Halloween wedding cake for the party.
- The 12″ layer was chocolate with Bavarian cream filling, the 10″ layer was French vanilla with lemon filling and the 8″ layer was lmon with raspberry filling.
- Each layer was plated in between so that the cakes could be separated before cutting. That way my guests could choose their favorite flavor combination.
- The cake was frosted with homemade whipped cream frosting.
- The zombie bride and groom were made from homemade marshmallow fondant with gum paste details.
The cake was the hit of our Halloween Anniversary party. Our guests just loved it. The different flavor combinations was the best part. This cake was able to feed 60 people with lots left over.
I love Halloween and I love… especially love Halloween wedding cakes! Thanks for looking!
