This is a 2-layer, 9 inch Hello Kitty Birthday Cake I made for my boyfriend who happens to like Hello Kitty! It is a home-made strawberry cake with vanilla butter cream icing. For the white face of Hello Kitty, I used a Wilton Sugar Sheet. As a template, I printed a coloring book page I found online, cut it out, and traced the outline onto the sugar sheet with an edible marker. I then lightly drew on the bow, eyes, nose, and whiskers. After placing the sugar sheet on the cake, I piped on all the details with tinted vanilla butter cream icing. The cake was a hit!
