Dominican cake has a fruit filling this one had pineapple filling, its taste a bit like sweet moist cornbread and has a meringue frosting
i used a 12” pan for the base and the top is 9 inch…..for the barbie part i bough a 8 inch styrofoam ball from walmart and cut it in half to make the dress i covered it with frosting and dressed her with frosting. i used that aerosol frosting can for the base at the bottom, covered the cake with Spree candy and used the cookie gel to write on the cake ……Happy Bitrhday Vidaliss Akira Fitzgerald 11/21/2008
