This is a cake I made for a friend for her neice’s baby shower.
I rolled each diaper as you see on most of the rolled cakes they are the Huggies Pure and Natural they are so soft and hypoallergenic (The only problem with these is they are printed on both sides) there is 3 layers of them on the bottom 2 on the second and 1 on the top. I then covered them in yellow tissue paper for the “icing”( the easiest way to do this is to cut a circle a bit bigger then the top of the tier and place it on top place a rubber band around the sides of the tier holding the tissue paper then gently pull so it is snug. Then fold tissue paper to the height of the sides and wrap around and attach the ends together with double stick tape. Then wrap ribbon around the middle of each tier and attach with double stick tape. I then added clear shred to the tiers just to add some fun to it. There is a hooded towel,3 wash cloths,a brush and comb set, and nail clippers in side. For the top I found a cute bear that glows when you push its paw, a baby shower favor box that looks like a block filled with sample bath products and a pacifer topped with a bow and hugged by the bear.2 ducks adorn the front on either side of the bow. I wrapped it in clear cellophane and closed it with a bow and curling ribbon in pale pink,blue,green,and yellow.
