I made this cake for my 911 dispatcher and police officer coworkers Jack and Jill party. Its a 2 layer 11X15 vanilla cake with a lemon curd filling. I used buttercreme to ice the whole cake. The flowers, tiki mask, surf board, palm tree and characters are made of fondant. The groom is a cop on a segway and the bride is a clean freak so I gave her a Swiffer duster in her hand.
