I made this cake for my two yeat daughters 2nd birthday! She insisted she wanted a hello kitty cake so I hadta try and make her happy. I used a basic sponge cake recipe which I baked in a rectangle cake pan. I then cut out hello kittys face after practising drawing it for like ten times. I then covered it in a basic white frosting. I used cadbury’s chocolate fingers as the whiskers and a yellow sweet as hks nose. I melted licorice and cut it out to make hello kittys eyes. For the flower I used fresh raspberries. And voila we had a hello kitty cake
