Prepared 14 inch double layer the night before. DH butter recipe(next time we will use oil also) Cake was a little dry. Then used homemade buttercream frosting and made my own strawberry filling. Amazing strawberry filling recipe online. used a different cake pan mini barbie wilton cake pan… added dolls from the cake store and decorated with several tips and colors… Lots of work but so much fun. Thanks to my cousin who is almost pro, cake looks great.
