Cake is a yellow 11X15 sheet cake with french vanilla filling. Snoopy is a frozen buttercream transfer. I found this picture of Snoopy giving the thumbs up online. In the picture his shirt was red, but my best friend’s favorite color is green. I really enjoy the frozen buttercream transfers. I prefer the look of the pictures without using a star tip to fill in. Cake was made for my best friend, who loves Snoopy, to celebrate her achievement for being accepted into Beta Gamma Sigma at college, which is The International Honor Society. Their logo is beside Snoopy. The icing is buttercream icing. The sides of the cake were done to resemble ruffles. The writing and logo are piping gel. This cake was very heavy. I was told that it tasted delicious.
This was a Congratulatory cake but could very simply be made for a birthday as well. This cake is good for children and adults. LOL. My best friend is 32.
