Coolest In the Night Garden Cake

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to balance 3 cakes! I was expecting a lot worse!! For this In the NIght Garden cake I used a good solid sponge, a good layer of icing and hey presto! The top was lemon with cream filling, the chocolate, fudge then vanilla cake and tabs, berry jam cream filling! Yum Yum
