I made this cake for a friend who was turning 50 and loves to fish. Made a 12″, 8″, and a half round cake (used a stainless steel bowl). I used butter cream icing, covering entire cake with the blue for water, bringing a couple “friends” to keep the fisherman company. Sprinkled sand for beach, made out of brown sugar, gram crackers, and white sugar mixed. Added a light house, some fish, various coral for color. Gave me a chance to have a couple different flavors. The cake was a hit.
