Lightning McQueen Cake with Wilton Pan

I needed a Cars cake that served about 75 people so I bought the Lightning McQueen cake pan and baked it using a boxed cake mix. I also baked a 12 x 18 cake using 3 boxed cake mixes.

I made 4 batches of icing. I put white icing on the sheet cake and smoothed it using Viva paper towels and hot metal spatula. I then placed the Lightning McQueen on top of it. I followed the instructions when putting the icing on it.

I then put a red shell border on it and wrote on it in black. I then took multi-colored sprinkles and sprinkled it on the sheet cake for extra color. It turned out good and was really easy.
