The rabbit cake is made out of two round cakes that one cake you leave round and the other one you cut two sides off to make the ears and bow tie. I used icing sugar to decorate the face with coconut and the bow tie caramel treats. Everybody loved it especially the kids.
The cake was made as a funny surprise for a 25 year old guy in England as he said nobody made him a cake before. He had two kids, the kids couldn’t wait for him to come home so he could have this fantastic cake. All the kids and I had so much fun decorating the cake.
