This was one of the cakes for my son’s 1st birthday! My husband was adamant that he wanted a “boy” theme so we did 3 cakes. This monster truck cake was relatively simple. I just made a 9 x 13 cake, buttercream frosting (vanilla) that we tinted brown (no chocolate for us). the “dirt” is oreo crumbs and the truck and cars were purchased separately! It was a hit!
