This chiffon cake was made for my friend’s hubby, whose kids love koala bear. I converted the chiffon cake into a piñata cake by hiding marshmallows in the tube hole and then covering it up with a chiffon koala bear! They were absolutely delighted by the cute koala bear and marshmallow surprise! My friend shared they could not bear to eat the cute bear and the Neapolitan flavors (Strawberry, chocolate and vanilla) were really yummy! Texture was great too, being light and refreshing!
