I had a lot of fun with this scariest big 50th birthday cake. I figured you only turn 50 once in your life, my birthday just happens to be the day before Halloween, so this is what I did. I made the cake from scratch, yes chocolate.I used chocolate frosting for the entire cake. Then I made a grave yard and a pumpkin patch with white fencing.
I made a giant cupcake for the hill. I used little skeleton picks in the grave yard and little pumpkin rings for the pumpkin patch. I finished it off with little pumpkin candle holders. Everyone loved it. They said it was the scariest Halloween cake they had ever seen.
