My youngest daughter is in LOVE with Spongebob, haha. So I decided that I would try to make a cake that would be a big hit with her. I have no training, I am what I like to call a “kid trained” baker. Always liked to bake, just got more creative when I had kids. I used a Betty Crocker mix(Rainbow Chip, my fave), I used white frosting for his shirt, and eyes, dyed the rest yellow for his body. for his sponge like spots, i lightened the yellow. I used regular chocolate for his pants, and dyed it darker for the outline of his tie. This is my practice cake, so it doesn’t look as good as I would like, but I am pretty proud of it. And she loved it, saw it and started singing the Spongebob song. Haha, that made my night.
