Sweet Castle Birthday Cake for Twins

I made this castle cake for my Twin Girls on their 5th B-day. They wished to have a Princess Castle and I did everything I could to make their wish come true.

This cake was made of two different-flavored cakes. The bottom one is called Moskva Snite and it takes a day to make. It has pineapple and cherries in it together with hazelnuts and almonds.

The upper one is made with 4 layers and filling of vanilla pudding and jaffa cakes.

The cones I used for this cake are made of waffle and dipped in colored chocolate. I added sparkles on them after. Both cakes are covered with fondant with pink doors and windows. Green branches were also made of fondant. The weight of this cake was 12 pounds.

It took me a couple days to finish everything. The girls were amazed and also their friends were speechless.

At the end I was very proud of myself. This was my first cake covered with fondant. :)
