I made this Dora the Explorer birthday cake for the biggest Dora the Explorer fan, my daughter, for her second birthday. I traced the characters onto rice paper from several different pictures in a coloring book. After the cake was frosted, I put the rice paper transfer onto the cake and added all the colors.
I used a Wilton guitar pan for this guitar cake. I already owned and matched the icing colors to the party pattern (teal and hot pink). The Hannah image is the cardboard plate cut out and iced around. I also added some edible glitter.
