My son really loves playing Super Mario games and his favorite character is Toad. To make this cake I baked a couple of rectangle chocolate cakes and placed them side by side on a board. I hand drew a large picture of Toad to use as the stencil, and cut the cake out from that. I used butter cream for the icing and Black Writing Icing (Queens brand) for the black outlines.
