Train First Birthday Cake

My son loves anything that moves and has a engine so I made him this train cake for his first birthday, it’s a banana cake (trying to make it kind of healthy, and didn’t put nuts in it), with cream cheese icing, which is just Philadelphia cream cheese and icing sugar, adding little bit at a time to get the right amount of sweetness. To decorate it I had each colour if icing in its own bowl and used a paintbrush to thickly ‘paint’ the icing on. I used a Silicone mould from big W, and had to freeze the cake to get it out of the mould without breaking; I also kept it frozen while icing it so not to ruin the icing when accidently touched. The only thing I would do differently would be to use a more dense cake, because the banana cake is quite light it had lots of air bubbles on the surface of the cake so I had to ice it a little thicker.
