This princess castle cake was my most creative cake ever, as I moved to my home country for holidays. I was sure I didn’t want to give this special cake to anyone to help me do since it was my Baby girl’s first birthday. I told her I will do the cake no matter what.
I had no cake tools to facilitate my work since I had moved out to settle in another country. The weekend I planned to celebrate my baby’s birthday was the busiest as there were lots of weddings we had to be at. I was super tired that evening but I had to cover my baby’s cake with no additional help. I
t was fun to see I could do somethings without cake tools like the doors, windows of the castle and some of the leaves, the princess long hair. Though it didn’t come out exactly the way I anticipated. I’m glad it looks like a castle with a Rapunzel princes which was the general idea.
