My finance and I made this Homemade Armadillo Cake as a birthday cake for his cousin Shroader. We made the fondant homemade marshmellow recipe. The cake is red velvet. We made one for the large pan and then one to form the cake. We used a loaf pan and a copper grape mold pan. This was our first attempt at anything like this.
We had fun and that’s what is important!
